GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS “LA MOULINE”

1. Your booking request becomes final through the payment of 30% of the total amount
   by transfer to our account. We confirm via email the reservation / receipt
   of your payment.
2. The remaining amount (balance) is paid 1 month before arrival.
3. Charges for drinks/meals should be settled at the end of your stay. In high saison, May, June, July and August plus September, you can only book in half board.
4. Arrival in the rooms/rooms XXL: from 4 pm – Departure no later than 10 am.
5. A cancellation must always be notified to us in writing (via email). You will receive an email back from us for confirmation. A cancellation is only valid if it was also confirmed by us in writing.
6. We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance! Indeed, in case of cancellation for any reason, we do not refund any booking deposits.
7. The price per night includes water, gas and electricity. Bed linen and towels (bath towels are not) are also included in the price, as well as final cleaning.
8. The lessors/operators are not responsible for accidents that happen on La Mouline property. The landlords can never be held liable.
9. Guests agree to occupy the rooms/rooms XXL with due care (good housekeeping) and respecting the tranquility for the surroundings.
10. The maximum number of persons of the respective room/house may not be exceeded. Prior permission must be obtained for any visits. RVs are not allowed on or around the property.
11. Pets are not allowed.
12. The landlords/operators have the right to enter the room/house at reasonable times in order to provide for maintenance.
13. You are requested to leave the rooms/house clean.
14. Smoking inside is not allowed
15. Free use of sauna and jacuzzi from October to May.
16. As is customary in B&Bs, please do not consume your own beverages or store food. We are self-employed who earn 100% of our income from our rooms, from selling various drinks and from preparing evening meals. Consequently, we offer a wide range of drinks and cook for you every night. In the chambres XXL you can feel free to prepare a small snack for the kids (microwave). An evening PicNic cannot, given our daily table d’hôtes !
